25/30 HP
i.e. 'Wire markers' for Pre-WWII R-R/B Automobiles
For 25/30 series up to, and including series P2 ( to GLP41 ):

E51071-6, Bush - Ignition Wires, 1 ea, on distributor wires, style P.
These likely had circles (as style Pc) even though this part number originated with the late Ghosts where it would have likely been uncircled.

E72986-91, Bush - Ignition Wires, 1 ea, blind marker at the spark plugs, style BB.
These likely had circles (as style BcB) even though this part number originated with the PI where it would have likely been uncircled.

For series 'R2 Onward' ( GAR, GGR, GZR ):

E61372-7, Bush - Ignition Wires, 1 ea, on distributor wires, style Pc.

E61378-83, Bush - Ignition Wires, 1 ea, blind marker at the spark plugs, style BcB.

Ross-Courtney connectors, 'Type 3/16 dia', with a blind 'B' marker were at the spark plugs of all series.

The drawing number applicable to the 25/30 markers is E60691. We have not seen the GA but pages 1* and 2* of the LOP are found on the RROC 25/30 disc under Wire Fittings.

The 25/30 LOP* indicates the use of two coil wires with 8 sets of the screw-on terminal hardware used on the distributor end of the spark plug wires: E50702/3/4. The E50702/3/4 was also used to attach the coil wire to the right angle distributor plug, D50946/7/8. The Bentleys (starting at series C) used 8 sets of E50702/3/4 for six ignition wires and 2 distributor plugs (top of LOP page 1). Why the 25/30 does not call for the second right angle distributor plug is not known. The 20/25 and Bentley 3 1/2L shared the same distributor, D54393, but we can't say for certain about 25/30 and 4 1/4L.

No coil wire marker is called for on the 25/30, nor did we expect one. The markers used are the same as those for the 4 1/4L Bentley including the change of part numbers, material and likely supplier in 1937. For the 25/30 this change came at the R2 series.
